Email Service Restored :: 2:00PM

2:00 PM

Service has now been restored. Working with our vendors we have determined the cause of today’s issues and have made adjustments to configuration files to fix the current issue and prevent this from occurring again in the future. There has been no loss of email. There may be some messages waiting on sending mail servers which may take some time to come in. Generally speaking most mail servers will re-try messages every hour or so. If you have any questions or issues please contact support at 973.500.6457. We apologize for these issues.

We continue to work with our vendors. We are beginning to see major improvement with both inbound mail flow and outbound delivery. We will provide another update at 3PM.

Please note, we are still troubleshooting with our vendors. You will notice improved mail services, however, you may still experience sporadic outgoing errors and inbound email delays. We will provide an update at 1:30PM.

Invoicing / Billing Information

Many Net Access transitioned customers will begin receiving their first MyCHS email invoice this week. You will be kept on the same billing cycle as you were with Net Access. After your initial invoice, you will be emailed your invoices 15 days prior to your next due date. For those monthly invoiced customers, do not be alarmed when you receive your second invoice so soon after your initial MyCHS invoice. For example, if your billing cycle begins on the 8th of each month you may be receiving your first MyCHS invoice on 5/8 and your June invoice on May 24th. We did not feel it would be appropriate to invoice customers prior to the transition. Rest assured, you will not be double billed. Invoicing dates will be normalized starting with your third invoice.

Please see below for additional important billing information.

Billing Term: Payment is due within 15 days from the invoice date.
Payment Types: MyCHS accepts checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. You can sign-up for either re-occuring billing or manually make a payment in the account portal.

If you have any questions please contact our billing department at (888) 474-3102 and a representative will assist you further.

Kind regards,

Welcome Net Access Customers

Welcome Net Access Web and Mail hosting Customers!

I am excited to welcome you to My Corporate Hosting Solutions (MyCHS)! The name is new, however, what you may not know is I have communicated and supported many of your services over the 16 years in my capacity as Tech Support Manager and server administrator for shared hosting services at Net Access. You are most certainly asking yourself, what will change and when. Effective May 1, 2014, MyCHS will be providing you hosting services and support. Your email will not go down. Your website will still remain up. Most importantly, you will still receive support from familiar and helpful voices. The support staff at MyCHS consist of former Net Access employees who already have working knowledge of your services.

Over the next month you will begin receiving communication from MyCHS as to upcoming changes to your services. These changes consist of improved email services with larger storage, improved web and hosting features, and an array of other add-on value services such as website management, Exchange Email with Microsoft Office bundling, email marketing solutions, and SEO to name a few. MyCHS is 100% focused on your business and would like to help you fulfill your web, mail, and security related needs.

For those customers who have already paid Net Access beyond the May 1, 2014 transition date, you have already been identified and will not receive an invoice from MyCHS until your current service term expire. Many of you will begin receiving invoices from MyCHS on or near May 1, 2014. You will receive communication from MyCHS over the next month in regards to setting up a customer portal account. Once enrolled you will have the ability to open tickets, view ticket status, view service updates, view / pay invoices, add sub-users with specific permissions, and search knowledgebase articles.

If you have any questions please contact us at (888) 474-3102 and my staff will assist you with both support and any transition questions you may have.  Once again, I welcome you to My Corporate Hosting Solutions (MyCHS) and look forward to exceeding your expectations!

Kind regards,
